Positive Outlook

I have been working at PepsiCo full-time (More than 3 years)

Pros

Flex time, training opportunities . Benefits are very good. Company value their employees and does invest in their well being. Lots of work and interesting business with lots of opportunity to develop expertise in area.

Cons

Depending on the area, accountability and advancement can be an issue. Long hours and lots of travel may create work life balance. Pay is not the best but not the worst.

Advice to Management

Continue to develop diversity when hiring.
