Disapproves of CEO

Pros

they at least have some talent and some business units are better than others.

Cons

there is not much to say. some units in perficient are waste of time and money to work with. employee culture is very bad. they hire college students and project them as expereinced professionals in front of client. too much of body shopping.

Advice to Management

do ur homework properly and regional managers should remember that long time success of company is dependent on how you treat your employees.

    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

Fortune 500 clients with good projects and solid delivery teams. Varied technology and business verticals to focus as a consultant. Flexible work environment if client permits. Decent benefits package.

    Cons

Disjoint vertical and horizontal teams. Don't feel like part of a large company as most businesses are run independently. Not all projects are completely owned which forces mixed teams at different locations. Not very clear careerpath.

    Advice to Management

Try and communicate more at the individual business unit levels. Empower staff and recognize. Provide valuable feedback on career opportunities, how one is doing in the organization and larger picture.
