Pros

You'll see this in the genuine reviews on here, but the people you work with are fun and decent, but management and C-suite are very out of touch and only care about their own advancement.

Cons

They took down my previous review, which I assume they requested cause they're always 'encouraging' current employees to come on here and leave positive reviews to keep the rotating doors moving. If you're not a 'yes' man/woman you won't get very far with management. They heavily play favorites and if you're not one of the very select few they'll keep you in the same place and get rid of you if you speak up about it or go against the grain. It was mentioned in another review but while I was there, during one of the retreats, there were several female employees who were sexually harassed and everyone knew which guys were doing it. Years later they were still there and still progressing in the company so if they did anything behind closed doors about it, it was nothing more than a slap on the wrist. Lastly, they fire people all the time. Every month you'll be told 'this isn't typical' and believe them the first few times but you quickly find out they're lying and it is. It makes sense when you take step back because culture is built from the people at the top and I'm convinced after seeing who is at the top that they're not decent people. They all think they are, like everyone would, but anyone who I enjoyed working with and wasn't just looking out for themselves isn't there anymore. That speaks loads. You can get everything they offer and not waste your time by going with another company/agency.
