Pros

Great (and very smart!) people to work with; new office in an awesome downtown Chicago location; plenty of free food (e.g. Bagel Fridays, Beer Fridays, popcorn served daily) to eat and company events to attend; unrivaled vacation package and holiday schedule

Cons

Pay isn't always up to par with the rest of the market

Advice to Management

Keep doing what you're doing! Performics really is a one-of-a-kind place to work and I feel very lucky to be here.

    Pros

Senior management is highly motivated for change and innovation.
Company is expanding and growing the business.

    Cons

    Not the best w/ pay.
Middle management is not as motivated for change or accepting of it.

    Advice to Management

    Don't low ball qualified candidates.
    Be honest and transparent.
Be more in tune with the reality of team, not the idea of it.

    Pros

I have received a high level of training, and the opportunity here because of company growth. Leadership is strong, and the focus on work/life balance has been great -- volunteer days, flex days, lots of time off. The culture overall is geared toward performance, so self-starters often thrive here.

    Cons

The hierarchy can sometimes seem rigid, and Performics has been slow to integrate its offerings across departments. We can probably foster more creativity as well.

    Advice to Management

Generally, leadership has been strong at Performics, but more leaderhip training for those on the Account Director and Group Account Director would help create better leaders for the future.
