    Doesn't Recommend

    Pros

Sales Mgr was very cool about letting us out early on Fridays.
    Work ends at 4/5PM everyday.

    Cons

    - Low base pay.
    - Office etiquette does not exist.
    - Senior sales reps (only 3 of them) rake in money every month due to existing clients / call-in leads / consultant leads and have no bones about rubbing in your face how great they are because of it (quite pathetic).
-Company has bad reputation within industry.

    Advice to Management

The senior managers are getting old so they will probably retire soon but until then don't work here unless you don't mind working in a tiny office where a bunch of old salesmen rake in money while you are fed bread crumbs and made to feel inferior.

    Pros

Base pay is okay. It's hard to make money unless your there for years. They have a bad reputation in the industry.

    Cons

Lots of down time. No training.

    Advice to Management

Develop a training method to keep new sales people motivated and selling.
