Terrible - Sales Representative Perry Moving & Storage Employee Review

Great atmosphere; the owner is easy to get a hold of; the owner allowed me to run and grow my department; the owner and his wife are great to work for; the Christmas parties are always great; the pay was great as long as I performed well; I never had any problems taking time off or vacations; great place to build a career.

Long hours, but I like working long hours as long as there is money to back up my hours, and the money was there. Unfortunately I had to move out of state for personal reasons and I had to leave my position at Perry.

Location and hours and employee are friendly.

Low employee morale due to lack of management communication, Time off holiday time is minimal No work life balance.
