        Staff was friendly and inclusive Pay was sufficient, and tips were not taken Employer let you eat lunch on your own time

          Pros

          A company that has done good work with the principle of “you can go faster alone but further together”. Everyone on the team is helpful, with solid technical knowledge. I feel lucky to work in this company.

          Cons

          Although it is an offshore team, there is a good collaboration.

        I have an ‘interview’ with the SVP of Talent after a networking coffee chat I had with the SVP of Data/Insights. So he name dropped me, but when I asked the SVP of Talent about evolving needs, I didn’t get context about what they’re looking for. No jobs posted. How should I prepare for an in person ‘interview’ next week with the SVP? What should I expect? I don’t have as much info as I’d like to position myself well. Thus far, this is a connection-of-a-connection-of-a-connection thing.
