    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    No opinion of CEO

I worked at Persistent Systems (India) full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Some of the good points about the company are that they provide good office infrastructure, good food/canteen facilities and bang in the city thus convenient commuting.

    Cons

Nothing much to right home about. The company has completed 13 years in Nagpur, but moving ahead will be very difficult, especially once Infosys starts commercial operations. High attrition now and potential mass exodus then will make the operations unviable

    Advice to Management

Nothing much. Brace up for the tough times lying ahead of you.

I have been working at Persistent Systems (India) full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Excellent benefits, excellent work-life balance, good pay for what I was doing.

    Cons

Contracts are signed annually or biannually and there's a lot of competition between contracting companies. There's almost no way to make a career at Persistent unless you are management level.
