    Pros

Good Company to work. Relaxed life, many other fun/games/quiz activities parallel to regular work,
good work culture, Excellent processes set in HR, IT Infrastructure, Administration, Finance, Support department... Easy availability of all basic information through Intranet.
Good Food & Snacks, Competent Trainers in Training Department.

    Cons

Salary slabs are not increased with the time. It should be at least increased at the rate of Inflation every year

    Advice to Management

There are many Sr. Managers who joined early years of persistent establishment. They have become now Govt. Employees. They just come to office, surf, be a shadow member of meeting and expect everything to be done by their subordinates. Persistent needs to filter their such senior employees once. By releiving such guys, revenues also can be increased which is very much required in such recession period.

    Doesn't Recommend

    Pros

This is good to work not more than 6 months for people who want hike in salaries

    Cons

1).Too much politics at middle and senior mgmt
    2).Appraisal system is biased
3).Senior mgmt. gets wrong advise from buttering project managers who are good for nothing
4).HR takes interest in following wrong practices and politics to implicate employees who do not favour them in recruiting people
5).Persistent started 20 years back and it is far behind than similar companies like CTS which started at the same time

    Advice to Management

Try to restore respect by encouraging people with technical skills instead of listening to buttering managers
Get more projects and make HR responsible for every skilled person leaving persistent. Otherwise it will not reach the goals even after 10 more years.
