I worked at Persistent Systems (India) full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Good company for people who are too technical or those who just want a steady job without any career aspirations.

The HR team has no proper HR personnel. You have lawyers and and commerce grads doing HR roles and having roles higher than PhDs. Contrary to what is expected from HR, they are all insensitive and absolute gossip-mongers. Compensation and benefit policies...

I have been working at Persistent Systems (India) full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Excellent benefits, excellent work-life balance, good pay for what I was doing.

    Cons

Contracts are signed annually or biannually and there's a lot of competition between contracting companies. There's almost no way to make a career at Persistent unless you are management level.
