I worked at Persistent Systems (India) part-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

Friendly culture, good work experience, some degree of flexibility in work schedules.

    Cons

Growth in pure technical side is difficult- they expect you to do some management, even if u don't like it. If you're working part-time, yet as productive as a full-time employee, you're not rewarded... in fact you lose out on bands and promotions simply because you're working part-time!

I have been working at Persistent Systems (India) full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Excellent benefits, excellent work-life balance, good pay for what I was doing.

    Cons

Contracts are signed annually or biannually and there's a lot of competition between contracting companies. There's almost no way to make a career at Persistent unless you are management level.
