Pros

- Proper trainings/inductions programs for new joiners
- Good place to learn the process and technology for new comers in IT industry
- Comparable salary for freshers

Cons

- Can't gain/learn much once you are dedicated to particular project, very less chance you come out from that project and try another challenging work
- salary growth is not that much compared to other similar product development companies
- Lots of Management decisions without much thinking about employees feedback
- Need to maintain very good relation with managerial persons for promotions :(
- There is lot of communication gap between upper level management and employees working at nodes of tree
- Middle level managers behaves like they are the BOSS at the workplace

Advice to Management

- They should try to retain talent already there instead of hiring new ones every semester.
- Should implement some process to establish interaction between higher level management and employees working at lower level positions

    Work wise, generally most of the projects are good to learn

    Need to improve Company Business in other Southern cities not just in Maha.

    Lot of scope for Business in other cities along with existing locations. So, expand and concentrate on new areas.

    - Less risky in times of distress

    - Down to earth and approachable CEO/MD

    - IT industry processes are still at very nascent stages
    - Project Management was pretty basic and quality management adhoc

    - Think big and be more aggressive
    - Have a larger and more capable/ professional business development team.
    - Adopt and implement latest project management and quality principles.
    - Create a center of excellence for soft skills, project management skills. Think of opening a PMO to provide organization wide project management guidcance.
    - Work on inter-project knowledge sharing and lessons learned database.
