Tuned in to taking the very best care of pets and focus on the employees

Way to much duplication of work on little details that all revolve around a once a year audit.

    There are limited hours available.

    More focus should be brought to the petcare team. They are short on help when cleaning/maintenance is need for the pets/fish.

    I worked at PetSmart part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Really friendly environment. The jobs were organized well and completed efficiently

    Cons

    Sometimes they would leave you alone up at the front with 10 customers waiting in line, and no one would respond when you called for assistance.

    Advice to Management

    Don't leave new employees alone to deal with so many customers. Also, try and figure out an issue before you get mad at the people around you.
