Pros
Loved the people of my team, enjoyed seeing all the regular customers and making sure they stay happy with Petco. Loved taking care of the small animals and reptiles.
Cons
My cons with Petco is that I didn't get much cooperate feedback when it came to handling situations that needed to be fixed, cat/dog flea case was the wrong size and I told a manager but didn't get a feedback that fixed the situation. The cooperation isn't taking the time to notice the employees that are in the store making the money for them, they are not aware of the small stuff that gets in our way that we need the cooperation to fix. My main point with this is that Corporations' need to pay attention to their retail employers and their issues with Store Merchandise/Module fixtures.
