Salary is super low - even when you finally get a pay raise, this one is ridiculously low A lot of stress from the upper management : you have to upsell everything, get a million good Google review every single week You can barely take your 30min break per day but it's still removed from your pay check

Flexible hours and flexibility at the amount of hour per month. Environment full of young people and it gives you the chance to make new connections.

Physically exhausting, payment in the avergae and low tips.
