Pros
Some lovely people who do a good job. The flexibility is valued by many.
Cons
I worked closely with the CEO who is reasonable when things are going her way. However, when they aren’t, values go out the window. Her own progression appears far more important than corporate progression - I (and others) found this very hard. This - coupled with her limited experience of company leadership - is the reason why so many senior people have left in recent times.
