I have been working at Phaidon International full-time for more than a year

    Pros

-Good sales foundation from a holistic perspective. Many firms will only teach you one part of the full sales process (new business acquisition or business development/servicing) whereas they embody and help develop both. -Open ended commission which is actually uncapped. -Good opportunity to progress through the ranks with a direct path to management.

    Cons

-Somewhat of a low base salary compared to other firms which is offset by earning potential on the back-end. -Depending on the space and brand, it can take some time to pick things up and start earning commission which can be discouraging. -Can be long hours and a high-stress environment at times. At the end of the day, you get out of it what you put into it.

    Advice to Management

-Continue to tailor the "model" on a case-by-case basis as the company grows both in terms of employee count and revenue.
