Work-Life balance, Vacation Time, Education Reimbursement

Cons

No Upward Mobility, Not very willing to invest in employees, Pay is not competitive

Advice to Management

Develop employees who want to be developed. Develop low level management.

    Lots of smart and great people to be around
    Opportunities and exposure to international projects within supply chain
    Opportunities to develop as a professional Kaizen, Lean Six Sigma

    Cons

    Recent Layoffs, If you want to advance you will have to relocate to Andover Massachusetts
    Many people do not have a career path. Company does not have innovative products to keep up with competition, even though they emphasis on "Accelerate" there is nothing to accelerate to.

    Advice to Management

    Focus on retaining talent, and allow talented people to advance. Stop promoting employees that do not have the education to perform the job.
