    Approves of CEO

    Pros

Great people to work with . Very accessible leadership starting with the CEO. Fair Compensation for job well done and great benefits.

    Cons

Sometimes difficult to navigate a large employer and find answers to somewhat simple things. Complex infrastructure for internal functions such as HR.

    Advice to Management

Continue to be accessible to your employees. It is very satisfying as a worker bee to meet and interact with senior leaders and get additional insight and recognition.

    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

Being provided a car, insurance, fuel, and cell phone. Freedom to make your own schedule and limited interruption from management. The equipment truly is top knotch in every way.

    Cons

High pressure work. Lack of leadership and personal development from management. Better salaries for equal work at competitor companies. Promotions seem to occur within the 'good ole boy' network.

    Advice to Management

Loosen up the purse strings. Your employees are under-compensated compared to their equals. Your sales people would like the opportunity to spend more time with their customers rather than on endless conference calls that accomplish nothing.
