    Pros

An opportunity to improve on experience to advance.

    Cons

Not enough support from hiring managers when conducting the recruiting process. There is a disconnect between Senior Managers and front-line Managers about the recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.

    Advice to Management

Strategically invest in Human Capital to insure continuity of leadership within the ranks of front-line managers and promote from within in order to improve loyalty.
