      Healthcare They let you create your own schedule just like many other jobs.

      Cons

      Toxic Environment that Managment created and it will completely destroy you as a person. High Anxiety There's no room to grow. You will be stuck in the same position you are hired for. Management will only provide negative feedback. They will fire you so they can hire "old friends. Small work spaces. Just don't work here.

      Health and dental insurance is good,

      Cons

      HR hires people without knowing what the position encompasses, No raises even after getting triple work load. Leadership offers zero help. No room to move up as those positions are filled by old friends and coworkers of upper management who have no experience in their particular role. Cramped small work spaces. Many people crammed in small areas. If you choose to take a position here negotiate your pay wisely as you will not get even cost of living!
