Pros

fully secured safe building - Company provides Lunch and for the most part pays for benefits.

Cons

As this is the first attempt at building a Datacenter there are some things that could have been done differently and planned out better.

Advice to Management

again as this is the first attempt at a Datacenter, channels need to be opened to all employees for ideas from the ground level up.

    Pros

There are some really good people working for this company, it's unfortunate that most of them are being mistreated and are underappreciated.

    Cons

Poor communication, planning, and execution from management and above. Most employees making good money are just doing what they have to in order to keep their job. If you have an idea that could help the company and it is not what the higher ups already instructed you to do...keep it to yourself, they do not want to hear it and it could get you terminated. Sales will promise the world to a client in order to close a deal even if it is just not at all feasible, then the hourly staff is left to pick up the pieces and deliver while sales rakes in the commissions.

    Advice to Management

Most in a management, director, and VP position do not need to be replaced, if they were free to work together to improve the company I believe they could do that...it's just sad to see how most are handcuffed and unable to improve policies/procedures for the company's sake.
