Pros
-Services team doing very well -Some very talented people in company -People like Scott Kenyon who really care about people and know how to be an effective and respected member of the executive team.
Cons
-Entire product management team is going or gone -Half of product engineering team is gone -Bad work/life balance -Until very recently, haven't ever seen a raise over several years -Very interrupt driven planning/work -Consistent lack of investment in quality -Does not pay market rates for salary/bonus Also it is highly suspicious that when there are a few negative reviews that within a couple of weeks there are some positive reviews to try to balance it.
