I have been working at Physiotherapy Associates part-time (Less than a year)

Pros

a job to have. Nice coworkers who understand the struggle.

Cons

no structure, no training. tons of manipulation that allows patients that never pay already, to continue to not pay-they'll just write it off. works the therapist like mules. clients yes, breaks maybe! Their only focus is numbers, more visits and more money. This place is crazy. We call it the circus *cue circus anthem here*.

Advice to Management

kill yourself.

    Pros

There are very few pros that I see in this company. If I HAD to choose something, I'd say the pay is decent..

    Cons

ere to start. Money, money, money, money, money. If you want to have productivity numbers (90% by the way) shoved down your throat, here you go! Depending on your clinic of course, the hours definitely are not family friendlyExpect to work over 9-10 hours a day and not get paid overtime, because "it's your reasonable service" to the company. Lunch times were always being threated to also fit in more patients. You'll see AT LEAST 2 patients at a time finding it very difficult to give your very best care to the patients. This, however, does not matter to the company. It's about numbers and doing what's best for cooperate. I would never recommend this to anyone who would like quality time with patients. Read the reviews before you accept the position. I sure wish I did! There is a reason there is poor satisfaction.
