    Pros

    The people you work with. Most of the customers, Nice to be paid weekly. Time flies by.

    Cons

    lots of hours, payroll hours cut, you salary managers fill in. results in long lines for customers. standing for 10 plus hours a day

    Advice to Management

    upper management you need to balance labor better. Blue cube does not include time to get rush ready!!!!!!!!
