Pros

Pay is not too bad

Cons

no-one has a clue what is going on here, people come and go constantly, for every 4 new hires there are 10 more fires...

Advice to Management

get some transparency, knock out the barriers to communication

    Pros

The starting pay was pretty good in comparison to some other places. The schools look very modern.

    Cons

Changes happen very often and they are not communicated in a timely fashion or at all by managment. The atmosphere is extremely tense and stressful. The respect level should be higher towards the staff. A life outside of Pinnacle can be very difficult. Either you are Monday through Thursday 8:30am-1:10pm & then 6:00pm-10:30pm or your hours vary from 8am-8pm. There were even some of the "big wigs" that resigned or got fired. Overall, it just wasn't a very welcoming environment.

    Advice to Management

Show your employees how much they are worth. It will show in their perforamance which in turn will make for more successful students.
