Pros
While so many companies are encouraging RTO (or forcing it), Pinterest still has PinFlex and I get the opportunity to continue to work remotely or wherever I'm inspired. The benefits are competitive both from the compensation as well as health aspect. My team is phenomenal to work with and the stakeholders I get to partner with are top notch. As I look through some of the comments others have made, Pinterest is definitely different than what it was years ago. You don't see the bloated spend for large events/parties with tons of swag but if that's what you're looking for in a company, so be it. I look for companies that are more intentional and smart in terms of spend but that doesn't mean Pinterest doesn't celebrate its employees. The celebrations still happen and just because it isn't large-scale, it's still more than what I've seen any of my other companies have done in my career.
Cons
Nothing that I can think of
