    Approves of CEO

    Pros

    -Very approachable mentors and management
-Cared about educating interns and treated interns like useful employees
    -Interns given useful projects
    -Excellent pay & relocation bonuses

    Cons

-Even though I was on a field internship, I didn't spend much time in the field at one office
    -Not a very hands-on internship

    Advice to Management

Try to allow interns more time to actually work in the field, whether it be with drilling, production, or completions, or at least be more involved in field work than just standing around watching. Company seems to be moving in the right direction, keep up the good work.
