    Replace yourselves with people who can reinvigorate the remaining employee base while leading meaningful transformation.

    Pros

    Time off, co-workers are nice people.

    Cons

    Incompetent management, blatant disrespect shown towards certain employees, what our customers are put through (i.e. automated systems, off-shoring, transferring calls, etc.) No value placed upon retaining good employees, dishonesty to both employees and customers. i could go on and on.

    Advice to Management

    Learn the importance of good customer service, quit focusing and puting so much emphasis on cross-selling when the problem clearly lies in satisfying our existing customers and providing excellent service. Start cross training agents in more aspects of the business to avoid transferring calls. ALSO PLEASE STOP OFF-SHORING, THIS STRATEGY SAVES MONEY BUT DOESN'T GIVE US ANY RESULTS AND JUST FRUSTRATES CUSTOMERS.
