    Pros

    Very good benefits - Health Insurance, Vacation, On-Site Free Clinic, Work Out Area. Atmosphere is more relaxed than other places.

    Cons

    Can be stressful for many. Bonus structure is currently unattainable. Stock prices have dropped considerably since new billing systems were introduced.

    Advice to Management

    Listen to your employees. The focus seems to be turned to the needs of the shareholders only and not the rest of the stakeholders (clients and employees).
