    Pros

Benefits. Sales support. The support staff cares (for now) and is the only heart beat left. Without them the directors in place don't stand a chance, opening the door for competition to waltz in. Maybe that's the plan???

    Cons

It's simple math really...Inferior management has been put in place due to the "good ole boys/girls" club which equals/results in a decline in product/service. In Layman's terms - A competent leader can get efficient service from poor troops, while on the contrary an incapable leader can demoralize the best of troops.

    Advice to Management

Revamp. Look at your current roster and realize you've cut all your starters. The proof is in the numbers - they don't lie. What was once a great company is now sub par at best. Truly a shame...

  2. "It was a great company to work for until the last decade or so. Executive mismanagement created continuous layoffs."

Good benefits and salaries. Some jobs offer work from home option. Nice perks, e.g., team building events, rewards and recognition, etc.

    Cons

Too many layoffs due to poor management and out sourcing. layoffs not uniform--loss of good workers with seniority and/or over 50.
