I worked at Pitney Bowes full-time

    Pros

Committed employees. Want to see the company turn around and be great again.

    Cons

Conservative views and lacks business's insight to pull off transformation. Highly inefficient infrastructure will distract from making strategic bets. Need 1 or 2 big bets the next two year to supplement rev challenges because the next big debt bill comes up in 2016.

    Advice to Management

Improve the business acumen and hire Internet savvy strategic thinker. Don't be so conservative, it's blocking you from becoming a 21st century company.
