I worked at Pitney Bowes full-time (More than 10 years)

Pros

The employees, many smart dedicated employees gave best efforts under much stress due to lack of resources.

Cons

Continuous layoffs for 5 years straight. 15 here, another 25 in 4 months later and it continues. Very unfortunate enviroment.

Advice to Management

Be an entrepreneur, allow failure Environment has declined to finger pointing and every employee is afraid to take risks.

    Great customers. Professional products are great, but the desktop equipment is poorly engineered.

    Bad management, no inventory for products.
