    Pros

Big corporation with resources available (when justified). Work/Home balance good. UK management open and approachable.

    Cons

Below average compensation. Poor benefits. Car allowance very much lower than industry average. I

Clueless sales force cannot adapt to technology, are just 'box sellers'.

    Advice to Management

Don't just talk the talk about solutions and innovation... actually do it.

    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

Great training for b2b sales, great start in b2b sales. Great recognition programs, support, benefits, and trips. Fun atmosphere and great employees.

    Cons

Base salary very low, sometimes too many meetings and classes that take you out of the field. No cell phone reimbrsement.

    Advice to Management

Raise the base for sales rep a little bit, so when they are having a slow week it, they aren't conecentrating on how they are going to pay pulls, but how they will make their next sale.
