    I have been working at Pivotal full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    Finding a company that offers satisfactory compensation, espouses great work culture, and empowers employees to do work in their area of interest is a challenge for anyone in the job market. Pivotal comes really close to meeting all three areas. I am also fortunate to have a supervisor who is interested in my career trajectory and well being.

    Our implementation of the pairing system can be improved.

    Pros

    Great culture valuing empathy, kindness, collaboration, as well as using cutting-edge technology/process. Really values employees, investing in personal development, education fund, + pair work environment which is great for employees to learn a lot. Able to rotate teams as well.

    Cons

    Not much; perhaps the brand name Pivotal is not as well known.

    Cool company with great values. Everyone is really nice but that can prevent you from having open candidate conversations.

    Pay could be more competitive.
