I have been working at Pizza Hut part-time (Less than a year)

Pros

Cheaper pizza tends to result in more pizza deliveries = higher tips for drivers. Job is relatively straight forward, almost everything is broken down to simplest denominator actions that anyone can do. Most employees are part time, so they have significant free time.

Cons

Not a lot of room for creativity.

Advice to Management

Don't be afraid to fire people that systematically under perform.

I worked at Pizza Hut part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Helps with time management and good co-workers.

    Cons

Customers act rude at times, bad management, horrible grease smell and really bad wage that makes it all worthless.

    Advice to Management

Pay better wages, find away to make store smell better than a fryer grease, keep a management team that satisfy all needs of customer, employee, and company. Could you tell customers is not okay to be rude to employees.

I have been working at Pizza Hut full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

They started off strong and YUM brands is a large company with many perks. They were very motivating at first.

    Cons

Training is non existent, people are thrown into stores with little or no experience. They have also gotten cheaper lowering the salary of the RGM $9000 in the last 6 months. You are required to work a min of 50 hours, but will usually be closer to 70. Quality has also gone down for the product, all to cut corners.

    Advice to Management

You get what you pay for cutting the salary is only going to reduce the quality of your managers. Manger turnover is extremely high in this area, compared with any other area. This directly will affect your customer experience. There are stores that have gone through 6+ managers in a year, there is no real tenure in the management staff. This needs to be fixed.
