Pros include being able to discover different parts of the town, meet all sorts of people from different backgrounds, heavily discounted food and drinks, and overall just a great environment to be a part of.
Cons
K-State games would always reek havoc traffic-wise. When there's a combination of snow and ice, it's nearly impossible to get around unless you have a capable vehicle. Don't expect tips from college students. A lot of multi-level apartments in the area, so get ready to climb a lot of stairs.

Pros
One reason to work for the franchise is ALMOST free pizza.
Cons
You are contracted to work a minimum 50hrs, 5 days a week. You do not get full benefits until after being here for a year! Your days of will stagnate don't think you can get back to back days off. If you do not make 50 hrs they will not only write you up but dock your pay even if that means you bring proper documents, excusing or explaining your absence. They have systems in place (old computers) and other counter productive equipment, that barely work. They are penny pinching long story short. There is nothing ever working properly in the store! Speaking of, the location they gave me is in horrible shape. Most of the things iv'e seen, if EcoSure (health inspectors) walked in, I'd be crucified for elsewhere. They do not care about your wellbeing only that you make money, which is essentially any corporate or job setting but at least some others care. The fact that I'm salaried and don't get benefits until after a year with the company is down right disrespectful. If you are looking to be any type of management or leader position, be prepared to give up your social life.
