Pros include being able to discover different parts of the town, meet all sorts of people from different backgrounds, heavily discounted food and drinks, and overall just a great environment to be a part of.

You are contracted to work a minimum 50hrs, 5 days a week. You do not get full benefits until after being here for a year! Your days of will stagnate don't think you can get back to back days off. If you do not make 50 hrs they will not only write you up but dock your pay even if that means you bring proper documents, excusing or explaining your absence. They do not care about your wellbeing only that you make money, which is essentially any corporate or job setting but at least some others care. The fact that I'm salaried and don't get benefits until after a year with the company is down right disrespectful. If you are looking to be any type of management or leader position, be prepared to give up your social life.Continue reading
