    I worked at Plains Midstream

    Pros

Good wage and benefits that is all.

    Cons

Better have thick skin and patience for this company. Management make team feel un appreciated and don't let you make decisions. Can you say micro management. The old boys club is running this company from spectra good luck .

    Advice to Management

Need to remove some of the managers from this company (bullys). People perform better when the environment treats them like human beings.

    I worked at Plains Midstream

    Pros

Corporate in Calgary are bringing infrastructure up to 2015 standards. Corporate had many professional people to assist operations in the field

    Cons

Poor leadership at the Schaefferstown, PA District Office. Lazy management that is more interested in hiring friends than hiring qualified people. District Office provided no support to Terminal Operations in the field. More interested in relocating friends from California than hiring, leading, and developing qualified people locally. More important to hire friends with the same religious beliefs.

    Advice to Management

Replace the leadership at your District Office. I know its difficult to replace someone who manages 10/12 facilities. Management is selfish, petty, and vindictive.
