- Sexual harassment took place within the telehealth department and was dismissed by HR who explained that the director was working with the manager to “overcome these behaviors” - Other manager retaliated against any employee that gave constructive criticism as to how they were handling daily tasks going so far as to fire an employee after telling them no disciplinary action would be taken - Management consistently overlooked policies and safety of RNs licenses going so far as instructing them to send out supplies without documenting to cover up mistakes - Management berated an employee for being in a heterosexual relationship, and called another employee “half-gay” after learning of the employees sexuality The list goes on. If you are looking to work for planned parenthood, perhaps look at a different affiliate as PPNCS is currently in a state of ruins do to poor leadership. Not to mention the active targeting of several bargaining unit members that are in the Union. On several occasions the executive board has regarding PPNCS health-services staff as being unimportant to Planned Parenthood’s mission. - If you are a person of color looking to work for a company that is diverse and educated, do not work here. Not only does PPNCS allow their attorneys to label poc as angry and aggressive, but patterns show that they management also only schedules poc for holidays so their white counterparts do not have to work these days. Furthermore there is no diversity in management aside from they DEI department, and new CEO.
