Pros
The caliber, intelligence, creativity, collaborative abilities of the entire team are second to none. Lots of food - and not just junk! Product is a stand-out in big data - doing very well and getting lots of traction. People are friendly and will run towards an issue (and a person needing help), as opposed to treating the issue like it's not their problem. Regular updates from exec's about where the business is, where the product is...great for keeping us aware of the latest news. Best place I've worked in a long time.
Cons
Outskirts of downtown San Mateo make the location a little "suburban" in feel - hard to walk out and find much for lunch. The commute can also be challenging for people located more than 15 miles from the office - though they're working on ways to address this (flex days, flexible hours, etc). Also - can we "work" on having more fun?
