Schedule enough people to get all the work done.

    Pros

Nice place to find brand name clothes for cheap, and to make a few extra dollars and atmosphere to the store

    Cons

Focusses mainly on women clothing and a few men items, no plus section, sizes don't really go past 14 when sometimes I need a 16.

I have been working at Plato's Closet part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Good discounts, usually 20%
Everyone who worked there was normally nice
Easy to rank up in the company
The managers actually cared about me
They had a nice break room and normally I could pick when I went on break.

    Cons

The hours- you literally couldn't leave until everything was done and put away. I didn't have a car so my mom had to come pick me up every time I closed and it was annoying. I would get out at around 10:30-11 and be expected to go to school the next day.
Sometimes the people who worked there got really bitchy and annoying if things didn't get done on time.
There was always an added pressure to keep the store clean and get everything tagged on time.
