Cons
They moved from a straight-forward and simple to use PTO system to a new "FlexPTO" system which requires employees to bill 1,800 hours to contracts and the rest can be taken off. The new system is obfuscated in the timekeeping system and requires a decent bit of math and forecasting to determine how much PTO you can take at any given time, unless you wait until the end of the year, at which point the only math required is figuring out when you'll hit your MAU number and hope that you'll be allowed to take the rest of the year off.
