    Negative Outlook

I have been working at Plymouth Rock Assurance full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Friendly co-workers (not management), decent benefits, jean days (for a price), ability to work from home (for the chosen ones only).

    Cons

If you are not part of the original Prudential old-timers who evolved into High Point elite, you will never be accepted.

    Advice to Management

Take a look beyond your "crew" - get to know the new people that landed in your office (not by choice) and maybe, just maybe, you will benefit from their years of experience (even though those years were with other carriers).
