      Pros

Good manufacturers. Good learning positions. alot to learn from, the people that have been in the industry for their whole career. Very knowledgeable back of the house.

      Cons

Management! High Management and owners are not from the industry or care about the business. Making really bad decisions for really bad reasons. Letting go a good amount of talent and people how cared about their career. For the bottom line

          Pros

Your manager will leave you alone to do your work. No micro managing which is nice. That's about it.

          Cons

Was let go for not being logged into the company network while I was working from home. I was the only PC from Dec 2022 to Feb 2023, as the other PC quit, so I worked overtime as needed being so backed up. Hourly employees also have the option to clock themselves out if a punch is missed. Being as I was not used to clocking in and out at previous employers, I missed my punch many times and would correct it in the morning when I arrived to work. HR did not like this, and fired me for misconduct instead of approaching me in a professional way (I was doing this for 5 months and received no warning and was never spoken to about these "violations"). Also, the company is in debt. I did not know this when I started but quickly found out from other employees and meetings I was involved in. They cannot pay their vendors for materials, resulting in long wait times for customers and missed deadlines. Recently let go of about 20-30 employees to save the company money (because they are in debt). The firm that owns Poblocki gives them money to stay afloat but obviously that is not solving the issue. Where is all the money going? Leadership is clueless and wants project managers to handle issues that are escalated beyond their control. "Just send them this email I typed up" is the go-to answer from leadership. I found employment elsewhere 2 days after I was let go and it was the best decision I could have made for myself. Steer clear of this company. They may not be around for too much longer if they cannot manage their money properly.

When someone says “We are eager to fill this position, we have no timeline but it should not drag out,” what are the chances I’m selected? This was at the third round interview, last Tue (5d ago) when I was told I should hear from HR next. The job was posted 30+ days ago. I applied for it on 10/22 and the interview process started 11/6 with an HR screening phone call.

Workday interview tips needed. The role I am applying to is a site reliability engineer role. I am not sure what to expect. Of course it’s a technical role so I do expect those questions. I am wondering if they go extra hard and how many rounds? I read somewhere that they do 5 rounds. Either way any tips are@welcome.
