I have been working at Podium full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Podium has the perfect combo of a stellar product with a spectacular culture. The company is growing correctly starting with a solid foundation of SMB businesses and growing to Mid-Market and Enterprise. They have an extremely positive culture... the hype is real!!

    Cons

Like any startup, the company could have better resources and processes, but have done a great job seeing inefficiencies and fixing them ASAP.

    Advice to Management

Keep up the amazing culture! Never forget where the success has come from and treat people the right way. Don't get fixated on getting bought out or an IPO and continue to grow the right way.

I worked at Podium for less than a year

    Pros

Great startup vibe. Fun stage of fast growth and innovation.

    Cons

Not much diversity, and is sometimes known as "Brodium" because it feels a lot like a boy's group of sales culture. A lot of this "culture" is demonstrated through swag or food or other offerings, but not a lot of emphasis on actual culture and employee depth or growth.

    Advice to Management

Focus more on developing your employees rather than just giving them stuff and calling that "culture". People want to feel valued and like they are growing, not getting tons of t-shirts and a pickleball court.
