Great place to sell thoughtfully and grow long term - Account Executive Poll Everywhere Employee Review

Pros

Poll Everywhere gives AEs a high level of autonomy and trusts you to run your pipeline. Leadership is accessible and transparent, and communication across teams feels authentic rather than performative and superficial. The product is stronger than ever, and Engineering and Product are highly engaged in bringing the best possible solution to market. Benefits are competitive, work-life balance is respected, and remote work is fully supported without micromanagement.

Cons

This role expects a high level of autonomy, self-accountability, and ownership. With that higher-than-average expectation comes a corresponding level of respect, trust, and care from management and leadership. That balance is a major positive for the right person, but if you’re looking for a heavily guided role where you can simply punch in and punch out each day, this probably isn’t the right fit.

Pros

Competitive pay and strong benefits. Close-knit, personal company culture—a small team makes collaboration and communication more meaningful. Supportive management invested in your growth and well-being. Transparency from leadership, even in challenging situations. Flexibility of working from home, with resources to set you up for success.

Cons

None specific to Poll Everywhere; standard remote work challenges apply (e.g., staying connected across time zones or occasional isolation).

Pros

Pay is pretty good for most of the roles.

Cons

The leadership is a group of buddies who have no idea how to be professional. They do not understand business and are ruthless when things do not go their way. Within the span of 2 weeks, and this was just last year, they fired 3 of the 4 upper level leaders, and mind you, they were all people of color. So, now they have 1 person who is of any kind of anti-white ethnicity. The blame game is a regular day for this organization. The leaders are emotionally un-intelligent and I have no clue how they've made it this long.
