Pros

Great benefits and some very talented people.

Cons

Churning management, expectation of keeping things going while team size continues to decrease, constant layoffs

Advice to Management

Talk to people and find out what working here is like

    I worked at Polycom full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Laid off, then denied bonus. They withhold your final paycheck until you sign papers saying you received all your money to that date. This means you either wait for your final pay, or fight for your bonus through the labor board and not get paid until that is resolved.

    Cons

    Absolutely none. Fake management. Overall poor place to work.

    Advice to Management

    Quit being fake. Do not tell someone they are doing a great job, sorry there were budget cuts...then tell them they cannot have their bonus!!!

    Pros

    Able to gain knowledge from directors of finance and exposure to top executives through internship program, decent compensation and most employees are great to work with.

    Cons

    Some confusion within processes of business

    Advice to Management

    Focus on the direction of the company to continue to innovate and be a top competitor
