    Neutral Outlook
    Disapproves of CEO

I have been working at Polycom full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Flexible work schedule. Good salary with bonus pays monthly.

    Cons

Lack of CRM system to accurately profile your customers to determine what product up sell and cross sell potentials you have. Development and Marketing have been out of sync so they markets solutions that never come to market or are delayed even a year or more. Lack of a consistent sales support team. Management turns over at all levels at an alarming rate. Quotas are set that are largely unattainable. It is not uncommon for entire regions to finish at 80% of their number. Territory maps continue to change so that customers you might have been selling to for the past few years will be taken away just as they start to purchase from you.

    Advice to Management

You need to focus on management stability and territory stability. Also you need to set a realistic quota for your sales teams to accomplish. No one wants to be under 100%.
