Pros

It's a deep tech startup.

Cons

Culture of overpromising/underdelivering. Poor ops. The business model is inherently dependent on the company's capacity to deliver good enough outcomes at a significantly lower cost than the leaders (citrine or local solutions that are favored for reasons of data protection). CEO is problematic - acted irresponsibly, too much self-permission, belittled an employee when felt insecure, no shows to meetings with no justification, and generally speaking is mercurial and double faced. Professionalism is too often performative, and runs away from accountability by overusing arguments of being busy. I don't understand why this issue hasn't surfaced already. CTO is the smart one but doesn't want to run the company.

Pros

- Flexible Work Setup : Fully remote work / Hybrid option for many teams which helps with personal scheduling and work-life balance. - Flat Management & Culture: I appreciate the flat hierarchy and respectful environment with colleagues from diverse backgrounds. - Career Exposure and Opportunities : Working with multiple international teams and clients gives exposure to different markets and tech challenges. - Good perks : Onsite trips and occasional benefits like health coverage or fitness allowances

Cons

Because some team is fully remote and globally distributed, communication is intentionally flexible rather than rigid. This gives autonomy, but at times decisions can take a bit longer.
