Cons
This company has had a 100% turnover in senior leadership over the past 6 months . They invest in their most senior leaders, but then lay off tons of individual contributors leaving those that made the cut to 80 hour work weeks while making them feel like they are being quietly promoted . No title change and no raise, but to do the work of 5 plus people . Lots of toxic mistrust in both strategy and technology . They implemented a new platform without proper scheduling technology, ,reporting, and stability, therefore not enabling us to tell our clients the great work that our clinicians do for our patients .
